I am a relationship & well-being coach, helping individuals and couples. My clients have hit a road-block in their marriage or relationship. Or they are experiencing a degree of frustration on a day-to-day basis (the daily grind of who's going to take the bins out and clean up after the dog), even though there is still a lot of love.

Many of my clients experienced trauma in childhood or in earlier relationships, and are bringing their childhood stress responses into their current relationship. The healing here is about recognising the patterns and creating something new through practices such as self-care, self-compassion, presence and curiosity.
