Meet Graham...

Hi! I’m coachGraham. Welcome to my little corner of the School of Human Kind. Step into my office – let’s have a chat.

First the hard tacks – I have two degrees in physics and over twenty years’ experience working in environmental modelling and regulation. Over my career, I’ve worked in project management, staff development, team leading, business development, and leadership training. I have sharp analytic skills, and I’m not afraid to use them! But I also have a deep sense of empathy for my fellow humans, and recently I’m using that more.  

I focus now on helping gay leaders in science and engineering to reach their peak performance. In this evidence-based and mathematically-driven environment, it can be difficult to respect difference, and so LGBT+ people often hide their identities. This uses a lot of energy, and creates anxiety. I can help you to reduce that burden on yourself, and dial up your performance on the things that really matter.
