I am an Industrial-Organizational Psychology professional passionate about cultivating thriving workplaces and driving meaningful organizational change. My focus is on optimizing organizational effectiveness and employee well-being by fostering balance and harmony in life.

My journey began with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, followed by a Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. My master’s thesis examined the relationship between organizational culture, employee well-being, and retention, solidifying my commitment to creating positive, sustainable workplaces.

I stay active in the field through affiliations with SEBOC and SIOP, ensuring I remain current with evolving best practices. Early in my career, I served as an institutional research coordinator at New Mexico Junior College, collaborating with faculty to enhance effectiveness and mentoring students in applied psychology concepts.
